EMCC Global President Riza Kadilar is taking some time during the IESE Business School University of Navarra 7th 7th Executive Coaching Symposium



Riza will be joining fresh from sessions exploring great teamwork and collaboration, and a keynote from Professor Peter Hawkins, Professor of Leadership, Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK.



He will also share further emerging thoughts from the symposium, which itself is covering the leader’s role in creating effective teams, the use of diversity in all its forms to enable impactful change, and coaching skills as a key component of leadership.



This is also great timing, as Riza will also draw in conversation arising from his opening panel at this EMCC Global Provider Summit which took place on Monday. At that panel, we were all able to input into how we can all adapt and change to the seismic challenges that are facing the world, and how we as coaches, mentors, supervisors and leaders need to change to match changing demands. It will be good to hear from Riza about common and discrete themes arising from the different forums of conversation.
