About The Session

In today's digital age, where (mis)information is abundant, true transformative learning often stands overshadowed.

This session invites coaches, mentors, and educators interested in harnessing the most innate forms of human learning - dialogic and relational connection with one another. I position coaching and mentoring as age-old yet profoundly impactful avenues for genuine growth and transformation, more recently known as "heutagogy", a self-determined and self-directed way of knowing and doing.

We will use a few examples of the 'pedagogy-andragogy-heutagogy' continuum to examine how coaching and mentoring can create conditions for authentic personal and professional growth. This session is highly recommended for professionals in Learning & Development and Organisational Development areas, along with coaches and mentors.
