This session will provide an end to end process for running action learning sets.

This includes who to invite as attendees to maximise diversity; what process to follow before during and after each session, and how to deliver in session group coaching and mentoring support to clients.

Attendees will come away with and overview and immediately usable tools and processes to set up their own action learning sets within the scope of their practice.
