The session presents the purpose and benefits of professional dialogue in assessment practice within the EMCC Global Accreditation process. Similarities and differences to other structured conversations such as interviews and supervision are explored and the skills, knowledge and understanding required in this process are considered.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore their understanding and application of professional dialogue within their own assessment practice. Approaches to recording professional dialogues will also be addressed.
