Stuart is CEO and Founder of Resilient Pilot, a volunteer run not-for-profit initiative that was born out of the pandemic supporting the resilience development of pilots and crew by empowering them to build confidence, competence and connections.

As a British Airways Senior First Officer, Wellbeing Officer, CRMT and CBTi, Secondary School Maths Teacher and qualified Mentor/Coach, Stuart has shown a keen interest in fusing this experience with virtual evidenced based development.

Resilient Pilot pioneered introducing The Resilience Development Programme, a virtual blended mentoring, coaching and competency-based approach to continuous personal and professional development supported by Civil Aviation Authority Internation CAAi.

Our vision is to pioneer virtual continuous resilience development in the Aviation Industry and beyond.
