Sylviane Cannio has been mentoring for more than 35 years in the academic and corporate world and is one of the pioneers of coaching in Belgium.

EMCC Global Accredited Master Practitioner and Supervisor (ESIA) and ICF Master Certified Coach, she bridges the professions - mentoring, supervision and coaching - as well as the professional bodies.

A multicultural, multilingual global traveller used to international projects, notably as President of the non-for-profit GO-TKM for Tacit Knowledge Management and as Chief Learning Officer & HR of MentoringCo.

She authors several books translated in different languages, notably ‘Mentoring with a Coaching Attitude’ co-written with Cicero Carvalho and Fisher Yu and publicised this Summer 2023 at Open University Press/McGraw-Hill.

She is an Assessor for EMCC Global for EIA, EQA, ESQA accreditations and a former Vice-President ICF and Global Board member (2008-2010).
