Annual Summit | Collaborating Virtually

Four days of regionally balanced live sessions connecting professionals together — the dialogue starts here!

Defining The GPS Annual Summit

It’s where the GPS community comes alive — four days of active participation, shared purpose, and real-time professional connection.

The Annual Summit is the GPS community in motion. Across four days, professionals from around the world step out of their routines and into a live, shared space for learning, exchange, and co-creation. Grounded in a unifying theme, the Annual Summit invites active participation — not passive attendance. Through real-time dialogue, cross-regional collaboration, and a diversity of perspectives, it’s where the conversations that matter most to our profession truly begin.

The Heart Of Participation

Where community becomes active

The Annual Summit turns connection into action — a place to speak, listen, and shape our profession together in real time. It’s not just an event — it’s the moment the GPS community gathers to contribute ideas, challenge thinking, and build shared understanding. Here, participation is more than showing up; it’s stepping in.

Global Yet Local

Accessible across regions

Designed for global inclusion through the regional agenda, the Annual Summit ensures every region has a voice in the conversation. Sessions are timed so no matter your location — APAC, EMEA, or the Americas — you can attend live, connect with peers, and add your insight to the global dialogue.

Guided By Purpose

Anchored in our theme

Each Annual Summit explores a central theme, providing a shared focus that connects sessions, hosts, and participant contributions. The current theme, Transformational Impact: The Inspired Journey of Change, acts as a lens for exploration — shaping dialogues, inspiring collaboration, and helping us uncover new possibilities for our profession.

Beyond The Four Days

A catalyst for year-round impact

The Annual Summit sparks ideas and relationships that continue to grow through the Dialogue Series and into the Archive Library. It’s not a standalone experience — it’s the start of a longer journey. Insights gained here evolve through ongoing sessions and become part of our shared professional development legacy.

The Theme in Action

The recurring theme “Transformational Impact: The Inspired Journey of Change” comes to life through four guiding pillars, building every experience and outcome.

Transformational Impact: The Inspired Journey of Change isn’t just a headline — it’s how we navigate and accelerate meaningful growth and professional development to help shape every session. Each year, it evolves with our profession, capturing the reality that change is continuous, collective, and grounded in purpose.

Guided by the four pillars — Vision, Empowerment, Collaboration, and Continuous Learning — the theme aligns with the EMCC Global Accreditation Strategic Priorities to keep the GPS Annual Summit relevant and forward-focused. These pillars influence every connection and ensure that what happens here strengthens our shared professional development. They turn the theme into action, making it tangible for every participant — from inspiration and learning to real-world application.

The Regional Agenda

A continuous 24-hour cycle across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas — ensuring every region leads, contributes, and connects in their prime hours.

The Annual Summit moves with the sun. Each region — APAC, EMEA, and the Americas — leads live sessions during their working day, then hands over to the next. This rhythm creates an unbroken cycle of dialogue, participation, and connection across time zones. Whether you attend in your own region or explore others, you’re part of a global relay where every regional transition carries fresh insights forward. It’s inclusive by design — so everyone has the chance to contribute when it counts.

APAC Region
UTC +5 to +12

From Asia-Pacific, APAC begins the cycle with a welcome, then morning and afternoon live sessions each with networking opportunities, fuelled by a rich diversity of perspectives and professional insight. As the starting point, APAC sets the pace before transitioning to EMEA.

EMEA Region
UTC -2 to +4

From Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, EMEA sustains the cycle with a welcome, then morning and afternoon live sessions each with networking opportunities, blending regional priorities with wider professional trends. Positioned in the middle, EMEA drives the flow before passing to the Americas.

Americas Region
UTC -10 to -5

From North, Central, and South America, the Americas conclude the cycle with a welcome, then morning and afternoon live sessions each with networking opportunities, shaped by a broad mix of cultures and expertise. As the closing stage, the Americas round off everything before it begins again in APAC.
