After almost twenty years of professional experience as manager for primary financial groups in Italy and Luxembourg, in 2017 I founded and started to manage MentorLab s.r.l., a company based in Pordenone (Italy) specialized in the design, organization and implementation of coaching and mentoring programmes for the development of human resources in public and private organizations.
