Jeanine Bailey is passionate about supporting leaders to create positive and powerful change.

She is an EMCC Global ESIA Coach Supervisor and an ICF MCC coach as well as coach trainer and mentor to support people to become ICF credentialed coaches as well as renew and upgrade their credentials.

Jeanine is also the Co Founder of Empower World, established in the Middle East, which not only trains and mentors coaches, it also offers executive, leadership and team coaching to global organisations. Her coach and leadership clients are based around the world whose positions range right through to CEO level.

Jeanine has also been actively involved in leadership positions in the coaching and coach supervision professions with the ICF, EMCC Global, Association of Coaching Supervisors and more.
