Lyra Puspa is the President and Founder of Vanaya & Co., focusing on organization development and
transformation through brain-focused coaching and neurotechnology.

As a Strategic Transformation Coach for C-Levels, she has facilitated the brain-focused transformation of top executives and large
corporations across industries including Fortune 500 companies.

She holds both PCC credentials from
ICF and Senior Practitioner EIA from EMCC Global.

As a Business and Organizational Neuroscientist and the world pioneer of Brain-Focused Coaching, she founded Vanaya NeuroLab – a brain and behavior
research center – that conducts applied neuroscience experiments in business and organization.

Lyra continually contributes as a keynote speaker at international conferences around the globe to
share her scientific studies in coaching, leadership, and culture. She is a PhD Candidate in Business
and Organizational Neuroscience at Canterbury Christ Church University, UK, and was the former VP
Membership of EMCC Global Asia Pacific Region. She was also the former Chairwoman of the Indonesian Applied Neuroscience Synergy Association (SINTESA)
and initiated the Indonesia Applied Neuroscience Board which connects multidisciplinary experts in
the field of applied neuroscience.
